What we do during the workshop.

Lost in the Wild is an engaging and fun day where you'll learn some seriously cool skills along the way.

What to expect

You’ll have to work together as a team to tackle a real-life survival scenario and overcome challenges throughout the day.

Guided by an experienced instructor you'll have to figure out what needs to be done first.
Is it build a shelter? collect water? maybe light a fire? or find food?
Once we've worked out our priorities of survival we'll set about creating a "camp" utilising the natural resources around us. Throughout the day well add additional layers to the camp to increase our comfort and chance of survival until ultimately we call for help, create a signal fire and get rescued.

By the end of the day, you’ll have new skills, a heap of confidence, and maybe even a story or two to tell!

This immersive experience is designed for young adventurers aged 7 -12 yrs who want to learn new skills or for those who want to further develop survival techniques previously learnt at our Rewild holiday programs.

Our workshops are child/interest led so the content may vary.
